Leif J Dalsgaard has been working at Petroleum Safety Authority Norway since January 2004, where Leif J holds various titles including Supervision coordinator and Contact person for mobile units. Prior to this, Leif J worked at Oljedirektoratet from August 1986 to January 2004 as a Principal Engineer. Leif J graduated from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) with a Master of Science (MSc) in Marine Technology.
