Laila R. is an experienced professional in the field of safety and crisis management, currently serving as a Senior rådgiver at Petroleumstilsynet since October 2020. Prior to this role, Laila held positions at Xafe AS as an HMS-rådgiver og beredskaps rådgiver and at Nordic Crisis Management as a rådgiver in the maritime section, focusing on vulnerability assessments related to ports and harbor facilities. Laila's earlier experience includes serving as a Kursleder HMS at Solearning, where instruction was provided for leadership and safety representative courses, and as a rådgiver at ResQ AS, focusing on emergency preparedness and crisis management training. Laila's career began as a sykepleier at Sus from 2007 to 2012.
