Rosalie Tien has extensive work experience in the legal field. Rosalie is currently serving as the Group Chief Legal Officer / VP Governance Risk & Assurance at Petroleum Sarawak Berhad since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at QATAR SHELL GTL LIMITED CO. as a Senior Legal Counsel from August 2017 to August 2022, where they provided legal support for various operational and commercial projects related to petroleum production. Rosalie also worked at Shell International B.V from February 2013 to July 2017 as the Global Training Counsel, where they developed and implemented training programs for the legal department. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Sarawak Shell Bhd and Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd, where they handled legal issues related to production sharing agreements and knowledge management within the legal department. Rosalie also gained experience as a Legal Associate at Tay & Partners and Raja Darryl & Loh.
Rosalie Tien's education history begins in 1989, when they attended Kolej D.P.A.H Abdillah for an unspecified degree or field of study. Rosalie then proceeded to Prime College, Malaysia from 1994 to 1995, where they earned their "A"-Levels. Following this, Tien pursued their LLB degree in Law from King's College London, attending from 1995 to 1998. In 1998 and 1999, they studied at the University of Malaya and obtained a Certificate of Legal Practice. Tien then returned to King's College London to complete their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, which is listed without specific start or end years.
