Charles Hii is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Digital Technical Lead (Downstream) at Petroleum Sarawak Berhad since September 2022, Charles has held various significant roles, including Financial Trading Technical Lead at Empower Hub Sdn Bhd and Integration Service Team Lead at Rakuten Trade. Charles has a track record of leading teams, developing backend API systems, and stabilizing trading platforms. Earlier experiences include positions at An International Bank, EB Global JV Sdn Bhd, and MIMOS Berhad, where Charles contributed to numerous projects within the financial and healthcare sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Interactive Multimedia from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing from Kolej Damansara Utama.
