Bader AL-Hashmi is an experienced Senior Well Engineer in Petroleum Development Oman since March 2010, with a progressive career as Well Engineer and Drilling Supervisor. Key responsibilities include on-site supervision of exploratory and development drilling operations for deep gas wells, particularly in challenging fields such as Greater Birba and Rima cluster, focusing on high pressure and hostile environments. Prior experience as Assistant Drilling Supervisor involved ensuring safe drilling operations and HSE compliance for multi-lateral wells. Bader AL-Hashmi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University.
