Rabih Takla is an experienced Project Delivery Manager and Principal Project Engineer at Petrofac since April 2018, specializing in the Duqm Refineries Project in Oman, overseeing the award, detailed engineering, manufacturing, and delivery of various mechanical packages and equipment. With a strong background in mechanical commissioning, Rabih has successfully led teams on multiple projects, including the Turkstream Project in Turkey and the Khazzan project for BP in Oman, where Rabih ensured the timely completion of commissioning activities with a strong safety record. Rabih’s engineering career began at Petrofac, starting as a Graduate Engineer and progressing through roles including Commissioning Engineer, demonstrating expertise in mechanical and process-related procedures across various high-profile projects. Rabih holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Notre Dame University in Lebanon, obtained in 2010.
