Michael A. Petruzzi serves as the VP of Operations & Legal Affairs at PetroDE, a geospatial business intelligence technology startup, since July 2015. Michael A. is also the Principal, Mediator, and Facilitator at OvalOptions, LLC, where conflict management and organizational development support are provided. Previously, Michael A. Petruzzi operated as an Organizational Development & Management Consultant at VIM Consulting, LLC from May 2003 to June 2015 and has experience mediating for Jefferson County Mediation Services from 2009 to 2013. Michael A. Petruzzi held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at MedLogic Global Corporation from October 2001 to April 2003, helping to restructure a distressed international company. Education includes a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
