Aaron Colon has a diverse work experience. Aaron started their career as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where they served for four years and held the positions of Machine gun section leader and Section Leader/Sergeant. After their military service, Aaron worked as an Assistant Foreman at Cuyahoga County Community College. Aaron then joined Bay Mechanical & Electrical as an Electrician and later became a Journeyman Electrician. Aaron transitioned to Petri Electric, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Master Electrician, and Operations Manager. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Operations at Petri Electric.

Aaron Colon's education history includes the following:

- In 2013, they attended Dale Carnegie and studied Skills for Success.
