Scott’s entrepreneurial journey began with owning a franchise in the 90s, which he grew to be in the top 1% of all units in the franchise system. After selling that business, he started another that, today, has scaled to $70M and received numerous awards. A key component of growth in both companies was implementing the Rockefeller Habits, so when he sold the majority of his business and stepped down from the day-to-day, he dedicated his career to helping other leaders – like you – also implement the Habits in their organizations.
