Jim Blackwell is an experienced professional with a strong background in plant management and production oversight. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Petoskey Plastics since April 2010, Jim oversees safety, quality maintenance, and shipping scheduling, managing a team of 95-110 associates while reporting to the Vice President of Operations. Previously, Jim held positions at IPMC, including Production Manager, Mill Production Superintendent, and Pulp Prep Superintendent from January 1998 to November 2003. Jim attended Oakland Community College from 1981 to 1982, focusing on heating and cooling.
