Kellen Cox is currently the Director of Customer Care at Petlab Co. Prior to this, they were the Customer Service Manager II at Dynacraft BSC, responsible for the head department that manages multiple channels to bring excellent customer experiences to both B2B and B2C customers. Kellen has also held the position of Customer Experience Manager at Justice Products, Inc., where they were responsible for development, implementation and management of initiatives that increase the positive outcomes of individuals working with or for Justice Products. In addition, Kellen was also an Independent Online Marketing Manager, where they were self-employed and responsible for online marketing initiatives.
Kellen Cox has a high school diploma in drama from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Kellen also has a certified web designer certification from Kennesaw State University. In addition, they have completed courses and received certifications in preventing workplace harassment, Sandler strategic customer care, management skills for new managers, Adobe Premiere training course, SalesFUSION University, time management, content marketing, influencing others, and Google Analytics.
