Alicia Avellaneda has a robust background in retail management and customer service, currently serving as Corporate Liaison at Pete's Fresh Market since May 2019. Prior to this role, Alicia held various positions at Mariano's, including Assistant Store Manager and Service Operations Manager, where leadership skills were demonstrated by managing a team of over 100 associates and enhancing customer service performance. Alicia also worked as a Talent Coordinator, overseeing training for 350 employees, and held foundational roles as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative at Prime Time Window Cleaning. Alicia holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Harper College, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
