Andrew Charney is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in asset management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Residential Asset Management at Peterson Real Estate since October 2022, Andrew also founded Third Beach North Corp in February 2020, focusing on real estate investment and consulting. Previous roles include Associate Director and Senior Operations Manager at CAPREIT, where significant responsibilities involved establishing operations in the Netherlands and leading various projects. Andrew's educational background includes an Executive MSc in Cities from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as multiple degrees in European Studies and Spanish from the University of Guelph and other institutions.
