Matthew Martinez has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as Project Engineer III/Project Lead at Petersen Inc. since November 2022, following a progressive career path that included roles as Process Engineer III and IV, and Supervisor. Responsibilities include maintaining schedule adherence and conducting employee assessments. Prior to Petersen Inc., Matthew worked as a Drafter 2 at CB&I, focusing on ensuring compliance with ASME standards and providing training to colleagues. Matthew holds a degree in Design Engineering Technology from Weber State University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
