Shenell Tinsley is an experienced educator with a focus on elementary education, having served as a 2nd and 3rd Grade Teacher at Petersburg City Public Schools since August 2019. Prior to this, Shenell worked as a Phlebotomist at HCA Healthcare from December 2008 to July 2022. Shenell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia State University, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
