Pawan Kumar Pandit has over 13 years of experience in production, planning, operations, and process enhancement. PAWAN KUMAR began their career in 1998 as an Engineer at Mahendra & Mahendra Ltd. PAWAN KUMAR then worked as a Dy. Engineer at Moser Baer India Ltd from 2004 to 2008, before taking a role as Asst. Manager at Baxter Healthcare and Baxter India Pvt. India Ltd. from 2008 to 2013. PAWAN KUMAR then worked as SR.Manager- Operations at Sunil Healthcare Ltd. from 2013 to 2014, and as Production Engineer at Hollister Incorporated from 2014 to 2021. PAWAN KUMAR is currently working as Production Manager at Healthium Medtech Pvt. Ltd. since 2021, and will be taking on the role of Head of Production at Peters Surgical in 2022.

Pawan Kumar Pandit completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engg from EIMSR in 1998. PAWAN KUMAR then went on to pursue an MBA in Operations from National Institute of Management Technology (NIMT) from 2016 to 2018.
