Emmanuel Gerardin has extensive experience in industrial and plant management. Emmanuel began their career in 1997 as a Project Manager and Planning Manager at Schneider Electric. In 1999, they moved to GE as a Product Owner, where they managed the distribution center and French factory. In 2001, they joined Peters Surgical International as a Plant Manager. In 2005, they became Manufacturing Manager at Group GL. From 2008 to 2013, they were Managing Director and Founder of Enova Jewelry, a silver jewelry production company. In 2018, they returned to Peters Surgical as Industrial Director - Suture and Plant Director.
Emmanuel Gerardin attended the University of Leicester from 2003 to 2007, where they earned an MBA in General Management. Prior to that, they attended Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers from 1986 to 1991, earning a Master of Engineering - MEng in Engineering/Industrial Management.
