Steve Kramer possesses extensive experience in education and business development, currently serving as a Business Development Representative at Petermann LTD since January 2018. Concurrently, Steve holds the position of Director of Customer Engagement at Hamilton County ESC and works as a Senior Consultant/Executive Coach at Leadership Excelleration Inc., both since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Steve was the Superintendent at Madeira City Schools for over three decades, from September 1982 to August 2016. Steve Kramer holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from Xavier University.
