Brittany MacFarland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate and healthcare. As the owner of House By, LLC since November 2020, Brittany oversees the online branch of a family-owned business established in 1971. In addition, Brittany serves as an Emergency Medical Technician with the Peterborough Fire and Rescue Department and has been active as a realtor with eXp Realty since April 2019, focusing on residential properties in southern New Hampshire. Previous roles include licensed realtor positions at Bean Group and Keller Williams Realty, where Brittany achieved "Rookie of the Year" honors in 2012, as well as a Clinical Research Associate position at UMass Medical School. Brittany holds a BA in Politics and East Asian Studies from Brandeis University and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Pre-Medicine from Worcester State University.
