Henrietta Holze is a Bioinformatics Research Assistant at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre since April 2023. Previous roles include Student Bioinformatician and Associate - Scientific Developer at ZS | Intomics, and Graduate Student Research Assistant positions at Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research, University of Copenhagen, and Rigshospitalet. At Novo Nordisk, Henrietta focused on analyzing proteomics and genomics data related to Gestational Alloimmune Liver Disease. Earlier experience includes an internship at BASF, where a protein engineering dashboard web application was developed, and a research internship at EMBL, which involved taxonomic profiling of metagenomic data. Henrietta holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Københavns Universitet and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Münster.
