Shyam Ganapathy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Petavue since April 2024, Shyam previously held roles at ZoomInfo, including Product Manager from June 2021 to April 2024, and Client Integration Engineer. Shyam's earlier experience includes a Customer Success Manager position at Insent, a company acquired by ZoomInfo, and roles at Freshworks where Shyam improved customer adoption metrics and set up a Digital Adoption Program. As a co-founder of MagicShapes, a 3D printing service, Shyam contributed to various projects and partnerships while holding multiple internship roles, including program management and digital marketing.
