Quinn Nowlan has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. They started their career at Alutiiq in 2007 as a Support Specialist and eventually became a Help Desk Manager. In this role, they managed IT support staff, handled all incoming requests and incidents, and implemented various projects such as ServiceNow Express configuration and process creation.
