Jose De La Cruz is an experienced operations and distribution leader with a career spanning over 19 years in the logistics and retail sectors. Currently serving as Site Leader at Pet Food Experts since August 2024, Jose previously held the position of Director of Distribution at Instant Brands, overseeing West Coast operations and Canadian 3PL within a large distribution center. Jose has honed operational management skills as Assistant General Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc., where responsibilities included managing multiple facilities, and as Director of Operations at Ross Stores, responsible for a vast operational area. Early in the career, Jose worked as Logistics Manager at Commodity Logistics 3PL. Jose is a graduate of California State University-San Bernardino.
