Racel Cruz is a seasoned project manager and electrical engineer with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects across various sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at PESTECH International Bhd since October 2020, Racel has successfully overseen significant undertakings such as the NGCP South Luzon Substation Upgrading Projects and the interconnection between UPSI-BESS and NGCP Lumban 69KV Substation. Prior to this role, Racel held positions including Senior Electrical Engineer at Arkel International, where the construction of the US Embassy in Fiji was a major highlight, and Senior Electrical Engineer at Black & Veatch, responsible for a 30MW power plant project. Additional experience includes managerial and engineering roles in various high-profile projects, including the New Doha International Airport and multiple substation constructions, amassing a robust career since earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from National University Philippines in 1990.
