Todd Lightner is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in building and leading HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Platform Leader at PestCo since March 2023, Todd is focused on establishing a comprehensive HR and Payroll function for a new pest control services platform. Previously, as the Global Vice President of Human Resources at IPL, Todd developed a strategic five-year HR plan to facilitate growth for the Consumer Packaging Solutions division. Todd's extensive career includes leadership roles at Harsco Corporation, Oshkosh Corporation, ConAgra Foods, and Sara Lee, where responsibilities ranged from acquisition integration to support for manufacturing and sales operations. Todd holds an MBA in Industrial Relations from The University of Toledo.
