Kathy Chadwick is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at PestCo since September 2023, focusing on enhancing HR infrastructure for a growing pest control company. Previously, Kathy worked as a Human Resources Manager at Curative from December 2021 to December 2022, where an HR Business Partner organization was established to support a new division. Kathy took a personal sabbatical from 2014 to 2018 to care for a terminally ill family member. Earlier career highlights include roles at Symantec, where responsibilities ranged from leading mergers and acquisitions to serving as a Principal HR Business Partner, and significant HR leadership positions at WholeSecurity, Inc., and Pencom Systems.
