Dennis Defensor has a wealth of experience in various leadership and executive roles. Dennis currently serves as the Vice President of the Sales and Marketing Departments at PESA, where they are responsible for developing and executing go-to-market and capture strategies for AV-over-IP Mission Video System solutions. Their role focuses on serving customers such as the DOD, DOJ, Intel community, NASA, and others.

Prior to their current position, Dennis was the Founder of Defensor Dynamics LLC from 2017 to 2020. Dennis also held executive management positions and provided business strategy consulting in emerging technology companies such as ORock, Distrix, Accelera, and SAIC/CloudShield from 2011 to 2017.

Furthermore, Dennis founded and led TerraGlyph Interactive, an award-winning digital animation software company, from 1994 to 1996. In this role, they secured $20 million in venture capital funds and established offices and animation studios in Chicago, Dublin, and Madrid.

Prior to TerraGlyph Interactive, Dennis was the Senior Vice President of Viacom New Media and the President/CEO of ICOM Simulations Inc. Dennis successfully turned around ICOM and sold it to Viacom for 17 times its original value.

Dennis began their career as the Vice President of Systems Integration at Falcon Microsystems, where they played a key role in integrating systems.
