Marco Pietrek currently serves as a Partner at Peryton Advisory since 2022 and as an Advisory Board Member at 4P Capital since May 2020. Previously, Marco held the position of Head of Department for Group Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at Deutsche Börse from May 2019 to April 2020. Prior to that, Marco was the Head of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at TUV Rheinland AG from January 2010 to April 2019. Marco's earlier career spanned over a decade in investment banking, corporate finance, and M&A roles at Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, and Baring Brothers from 1997 to 2009. Marco holds educational credentials from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, IMD with a degree from the Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives, and Schule Schloss Salem.
