Lily Desy Saptania Rahayu currently serves as the VP Legal Commercial & Trading at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga since December 2021. Prior to this role, Lily held positions at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi as Senior Manager Legal Operations, Partnership & Procurement from April to November 2021, and as General Counsel at PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam from January 2018 to March 2021. Between January 2009 and December 2017, Lily worked at Total E&P Indonesie in various capacities, including Head of the Department of General Practice & Litigation, and Legal Counsel in both Litigation and General Practices and Business & Marketing. Lily's career began at Thiess, where responsibilities included Senior Contract Specialist and Contract Specialist from August 2003 to January 2009. Lily earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, completing this degree in 2003.
