Shane Poznikoff is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Persyst Development Corporation since November 2020, Shane previously held the role of Advisory Software Engineer at IBM from April 2016 to October 2019, where expertise in Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine (DICOM) was demonstrated through enhancements to Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS). Prior to that, Shane worked at Merge Healthcare, an IBM Company, from January 2006 to April 2016, focusing on customer-driven Pacs features, and held software development roles at HP and ALI Technologies Inc., contributing significantly to software architecture and development. Shane earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University in 1992.
