Tomer Eilat currently serves as General Manager and previously held the position of Operations Manager at Persys Group since March 2019. Prior to this, Tomer worked at HP from February 2014 to February 2019 as Production Operations Manager, overseeing operations programs across digital press plants, and as Digital Press Recondition Plant Manager, responsible for overall production operations. Earlier experience includes roles in inventory planning and business planning at Hewlett-Packard, and business consulting at AVIV AMCG. Tomer Eilat holds an Executive MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
