HÃ¥kan Kihlberg has extensive experience in the chemical industry, mainly with Perstorp Group. HÃ¥kan started as a Process Engineer in 1992 and worked their way up to various managerial positions. In 2015, they founded 2Goda Vin&Bryggeri, Montecuneo AB, focusing on wine and beer distribution. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Strategic Projects and Processes at Perstorp Group, overseeing operations and global quality initiatives.

HÃ¥kan Kihlberg completed their M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1987 to 1991.
