Soubera Y. has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations. Soubera began their career as a student nurse at IKH Tehran University Hospital, working as a Scrub Nurse from April 1993 to September 1993. Soubera then moved on to work as a Cardiac Ward Nurse at IKH Tehran University Hospitals from November 1993 to October 1994.

Continuing their nursing career, Soubera joined Shariiati Hospital A&E as an A&E Nurse from July 1995 to July 1997. Soubera gained significant experience in emergency care during this time.

In the year 2000, Soubera transitioned to Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where they worked as an Emergency Department Staff Nurse for 14 years. Their responsibilities included trauma care, expanded skills such as suturing and plastering, rapid assessment, and Cannulation for adults and pediatric patients. Soubera was also competent in limbs, hip, and chest x-ray. During their time at the Trust, they were involved in various research studies including the IPMED study and the SEND project.

Soubera furthered their clinical research experience by joining the University of Oxford as a Clinical Research Nurse from December 2015 to August 2016.

In 2014, Soubera worked as a Locum ED Nurse at NHS Professionals, further enhancing their expertise in emergency care.

Most recently, they have been working at Perspectum Ltd. In their roles at the company, they served as a Clinical Manager from July 2016 to June 2020, and then transitioned to the position of Senior Clinical Operations Manager from June 2021 to July 2022. In their last position, they were the Clinical Governance and Research Lead, responsible for overseeing clinical trials and ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice.

Soubera Y. has an extensive education history. They completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Tehran from 1991 to 1995. Soubera then pursued post-graduate studies in Emergency Nursing at Oxford Brookes University from 2004 to 2005. They later obtained a BSc in Natural Sciences with a focus on Biology and Chemistry from The Open University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016.

Building on their previous education, Soubera completed postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Evidence-based Medicine. They also achieved a Master of Science (MSc) in Medicinal Chemistry at The Open University from 2017 to 2022.

In addition to their degrees, Soubera has obtained several certifications. They completed a course on Good Clinical Practice at the University of Oxford in March 2021. In 2020, they completed a Data Science:R Basics course at HarvardX. Furthermore, Soubera obtained a PRINCE 2 Foundation certification from The Knowledge Academy in 2016.
