Thomas Carey is a Partner at Perspective Group. Thomas has over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Prior to joining Perspective Group, they were a Principal at Spencer Stuart and a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates. Thomas also served on the Board of Directors for Exact Sciences from January 2014 to December 2022.

Thomas Carey has a MBA in finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in physics from College of the Holy Cross.
