Vineeth Mohanan Nair is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning from November 2015 to the present. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Personiv since August 2022, Vineeth previously held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at Keywords Studios and contributed significantly to organizational development and performance management. At Teleperformance, Vineeth advanced from Talent Excellence Executive to Assistant Manager Talent Excellence, managing grievance handling, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation for over two years on a global project. Vineeth began a career in technical support, providing specialized assistance to clients while contributing to team training. Vineeth holds an Engineerā€™s Degree in Electronic Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Poornima College of Engineering and completed high school at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 Jaipur.
