Kamaljeet Singh's work experience starts with their current role as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Personiv. In this position, they oversee various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Business HR. kamaljeet is responsible for developing the team, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements, and aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives. Kamaljeet supports management by providing HR advice and decisions, develops policies and procedures, and enforces organizational values.
