Sherif Kassatly's work experience includes serving as the VP of Product Management at Personio starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Product Management at Meta from January 2016 to June 2022. Sherif also worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2010 to July 2013.

Sherif Kassatly has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015.
