Sascha V. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2002, they began their career in the German Federal Armed Forces as a Teileinheits- und Einheitsführer before transitioning to a role as a Referent Personalplanung und -entwicklung. In 2007, Sascha V. joined Sky Deutschland GmbH, where they held various leadership positions, including Head of Service Improvement & Support, Director Estate Transformation & Strategic Partnerships, and Vice President Digital Service. In 2019, Sascha V. joined Personio as Head of Customer Service and later advanced to the position of Director Customer Operations.

Sascha V. completed a Diplomkaufmann degree in Economics and Organizational Sciences from Bundeswehr University Munich from 1998 to 2002.
