Max Lischke is a seasoned professional in customer success and implementation management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Retorio since May 2024. With extensive experience at Personio since December 2017, Max has held several key roles including Team Lead Implementation for Large Business and Customer Success Manager for Key Accounts. Previous positions include working as a Working Student in Employer Branding at medbo and an Internship in Personnel Development at Krones AG, among other roles in educational institutions. Max holds a Master's degree in Educational Science from both Turun yliopisto - University of Turku and University of Regensburg, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Erziehungswissenschaft from the University of Regensburg.
