Marc Davies is a seasoned professional in product design, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design at Personio. Prior to this role, Marc held the position of Senior Director of Product Design at Intercom and advanced through various roles at Meta, including Director of Product Design and Senior Product Design Manager. Additionally, Marc led design teams as Head of Design and Creative Director at both Shazam and Beamly. Educationally, Marc earned a BA in Design and Visual Communications from Ravensbourne University London between 1996 and 1999.
