Kelly B. is an experienced professional in UX design and content strategy, currently serving as the Language & Localization Lead at Personio since October 2024. Previously, Kelly held the position of Director of UX Design at Klarna, leading a team of over 120 designers and fostering collaboration across product design, content design, and UX research. Prior to that, Kelly worked at Meta as a Content Design Manager and at Facebook as a Content Strategist, focusing on internationalization and legal alignment. Additional roles include Senior Content Editor at Wells Fargo, Senior Content Strategist at Red Ventures, and English Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Central Piedmont Community College. Kelly's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in English Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
