Katharina Friesen has extensive experience in product management, currently serving as the Head of Product at Personio since January 2017, where progression included roles as Group Product Manager, Principal Product Manager, and Product Manager. In addition, Katharina has been a Co Organizer for Product Tank Munich at Mind the Product since May 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Agile Coach and Scrum Trainer at comSysto GmbH, and various project management roles at Micromata GmbH from January 2011 to June 2016, culminating in the position of Lead Project Manager.
