Karol Klabisch is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in the design industry, currently working at Personio since September 2023. Prior to this role, Karol served as a Senior Product Designer at Shopify from April 2021 to May 2023 and held the position of Product & Brand Designer from September 2015 to December 2021 while independently supporting various organizations. Karol's previous experience includes leading product design initiatives at Wunder Mobility, where responsibilities evolved from design oversight to building an in-house team and developing a robust design system after the acquisition of Fleetbird. Karol also contributed as a UX & UI Designer at Wunder Fleet, significantly growing the customer base, and worked with SME clients at ONVARD GmbH. Early career beginnings were marked at roemer und höhmann and wppt: kommunikation, where foundational skills in branding and design were developed. Karol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kommunikationsdesign from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund and an IHK certification in digital and print media design.
