Jonas Rieke is the COO & Co-Founder at Personio, where Jonas is responsible for customer experience and success, data, and systems, while unlocking the power of people for organizations globally. Jonas is also a Co-Founder at Personio Foundation and serves as a Board Member at Capmo, as well as a Board Advisor at Workpath. With a background in Business Development at various companies, Jonas holds a Honors Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM), and B.Sc. degrees in Business Administration and Geography from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Additionally, Jonas was a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley.
