Greg Pelly is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Personio since December 2023, Greg previously held similar positions at Rippling and LaunchDarkly, where significant accomplishments included scaling teams and managing product delivery. Earlier career highlights include engineering roles at Slack and Twitter, contributing to user services and advertising solutions, as well as serving as CTO at Munchly, where the company vision and technical strategy were developed. Greg's foundational experience includes impactful roles at The Climate Corporation, ESRI, and Abt Associates, contributing to innovative product development and software engineering. Greg holds a degree in Computer Science from Brown University and has engaged in international studies.
