Adam Ochstein is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategy within the technology and SaaS sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Fishbowl since June 2022, Adam also holds the position of Managing Partner at 2 Trick Pony, LLC, where Adam focuses on growth strategy and management advisory for early and mid-stage tech-enabled companies. Previously, Adam led PolicyCo as CEO until June 2022, and held key strategic roles at Toast, Inc., and StratEx HR, where Adam was the Founder and CEO of a leading SaaS company focused on HR/Payroll services for the restaurant industry. Adam's earlier career includes managing partner positions at Stratex and iCore Advisory Services, alongside significant sales leadership roles at Digital Commerce and Frontier Communications. Adam holds a BA in Political Science and European History from the University of Maryland.
