Yaniv Itzhaki has over 20 years of experience in research and development, currently serving as VP of R&D at Personetics since July 2010, where previously held roles included R&D Director and R&D Group Lead. Prior experience includes Development Group Leader at FTS from July 2006 to March 2010, overseeing back-end and front-end teams for a Java-based CRM web application. At Amdocs, from January 2000 to June 2006, Yaniv worked as Development Group Leader, managing a Java development team and designing an automatic environment installation tool, and served as a Senior Java Developer from January 2002 to January 2004. Yaniv began a career in 2000 as a Java Developer in an R&D project after graduating with a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2000.
