Erika Luckow has extensive experience in talent and leadership development, having worked at Northwestern Mutual since February 2003, where current roles include Sr. Director of Talent & Leadership Development and previous positions ranging from Principal of Distribution Performance to Vice President of Strategic Communications/Field. Prior experience at Laughlin/Constable as Sr. Account Executive further enhanced expertise in strategic communication. Erika Luckow holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Marquette University and an MBA from the Lubar College of Business.
