Adrian T. has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. They started their career at Personalized Communications, Inc. in 2000 as a Telephone Agent and later worked their way up to various roles, including Operations Dispatcher, Operations Supervisor, Customer Care Manager, Director of Technology, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and eventually Chief Operating Officer. In 2018, Adrian also took up roles at National Amtelco Equipment Owners (NAEO), serving as Conference Co-Chairman, Conference Chairman, President Elect, President, and eventually Immediate Past President. Adrian's work experience showcases their progression within the field of operations, technology, and leadership in the telecommunications industry.

Adrian T. received an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Dallas College in the year 2010. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Adrian pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at The University of Texas at Arlington.
