Gabriel Garcia Filipiak has extensive experience in information systems development, with a career spanning from 1993 to the present. Currently serving as an Especialista - PM at Telecom Personal S.A. since October 1999, Gabriel leads multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IT systems. Previous roles include Senior Functional Analyst at Miniphone S.A. from January 1997 to September 1999, where major projects included the split of MINIPHONE into UNIFON and PERSONAL. Earlier positions held include Analyst Programmer at Engimatic, Asses, Aurora Grundig, and 28 de Julio, focusing on system maintenance and development. Gabriel holds a degree in Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and has completed postgraduate studies in Management and Project Management at Universidad de Belgrano.
